TriBeCa it is an acronym derived from “Triangle Below Canal Street”. It is the “[…] most fashionable and desirable neighbourhoods and is known for its celebrity residents. In 2006 Forbes magazine ranked its 10013 zip code as New York City’s most expensive“. So, who wouldn’t love to live, at least for a while, in this neighbourhood? And what about this lovely loft overlooking the sea?
Andrew Franz Architect was the firm to renovate the top floor of a warehouse originally built in 1884. The result is impressive trying to connect fully the indoors and outdoors of the loft. The materials were both restored as well as modern, though both of them were colourful creating the sense of coziness. From the terrace there are many plants creating the surroundings of a garden. It has also a terrific view of the sea. The loft is available for sale. Even if this asset is off budget anyone could have a dream of acquiring it. Enjoy.
